Set in its own gardens and amongst the breathtaking scenery of the Burren, Sheedy's Country House enjoys a perfect location. The New York Times, in an article on The Burren, said "I had an entrée of black sole so exquisite, I wonder if I'll ever eat fish that fresh again".
