Dining at Waterford Castle provides an opportunity
to sample the best of tradition and contemporary cuisine. The
Munster Dining Room with its original oak paneled walls and ornate
ceilings sets the tone for a wonderful evening.
The restaurant's seasonal menus place emphasis on both Irish
specialties as well as the finest international cuisine. Also
an enjoyable feature of the restaurant is our resident pianist
who plays nightly (peak season) during dinner.
