Rosslare Beach Villas are located in the centre of Rosslare directly on (and with private access to) the centre of Rosslare's safe and sandy beach to where the entire family can come and go from their villa in total freedom and safety.

The complex consists of 10 self-contained Villas within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, children's playground. Rosslare's 27 hole golf links and our own fashionable boutique "The French Connection". The complex has a public telephone and private car parking.

We have 3 Styles of Villas

1) Style A Villas have 2 bedrooms (downstairs bedroom1 (double) with en-suite bathroom and bedroom 2 (twin) with adjacent shower and toilet. The upstairs includes fully equipped kitchen and lounge (including a double studio couch) leading into a recently designed sea view conservatory.

2) Style B Villas have 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 with double & single, 1 twin and 1 single) with bathroom and shower, while downstairs include fully equipped kitchen, additional shower/toilet and lounge leading onto a sun patio.

3) New Designed Family Villas with panoramic views and which overlook our recently designed patio and barbeque area and are within stepping stones of the beach. They include 2 large bedrooms downstairs each with a double and single bed.

Bedroom 1 has bathroom en-suite. Bedroom 2 has an adjacent shower and toilet. Upstairs includes spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

All villas include coordinating furnishings and built-in wardrobes. Each ceramic tiled bathroom includes a shower. Continental quilts, bed linen, toweling, kitchen facilities including dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines and practically every household necessity are supplied.
