Just 3 miles south of the medieval city of Kilkenny you will find the unique development of Wallslough Holiday Village. This thatched cottage village will transport you back in time to an era when the pace of life was slower and one had greater affinity and contact with nature. Consisting of two carefully renovated pre famine dwellings and six thatched cottages blended in to the scenic and tranquil countryside of Kilkenny.

Exclusive to residents is a beautiful lake. This is a peaceful haven where you can walk along the lake bank, or engage in some fishing.

With tourist attractions within short driving distance like Medieval Kilkenny City, the extensive Dunmore Caves and much more, simply use our village as a touring base for the South East.

Accommodation:
8 units on site including 2 meticulously renovated pre-famine dwellings and 6 thatched cottages, each sleeps 6/7 people. All houses are equipped with modern conveniences. Two of the houses are fully wheelchair accessible.

Leisure Activities:
Angling, Golfing and Walking. An excellent touring base from which you can visit the medieval city of Kilkenny or the Dunmore Caves.
