REVIEW
When you step through the impressive doors of the recently refurbished
Berkeley Court Hotel, you can be assured of a warm welcome. Guarded
by trees, which were once part of the Botanical Gardens of Trinity
College, the Berkeley Court is itself a landmark in the heart of
Georgian Dublin. With a strong tradition of impeccable service and
superb facilities, this hotel is second to none in terms of quality.
The common areas of hotels can reveal much
about the standard of an establishment and this rings true at
the Berkeley Court. The marble-floored lobby is adorned with rich
textured rugs, classic furnishings and magnificent Waterford Crystal
chandeliers, while the lounge is the ultimate in discretion and
comfort. The bar is offers a relaxed atmosphere and is the perfect
venue in which to sample a fine selection of whiskies, beers,
liqueurs and cigars.
Guests may dine in The Berkeley Room,
one of the most distinguished restaurants in Dublin or the Palm
Court Café, both of which serve excellent cuisine. The
hotel offers a range of superlative elegantly appointed accommodation
throughout but its crowning glory is the Penthouse, which at over
4,500 square feet covering two floors, is one of the largest hotel
suites in Europe.
