An enchantingly intimate 1830's Georgian manor set on 200 acres of parkland and well-manicured gardens, Dunbrody Country House Hotel is the former ancestral home of the Marquess of Donegall and Chichester family and boasts a long and established tradition of hospitality. Kevin Dondon, once the head chef at Dublin's famous Shelbourne Hotel, purchased the property some years ago and has converted it into the elegant country hotel that we know and love today.
