First of all, let me say that you, personally, did a fabulous job. You were attentive, knowledgeable, and very accomodating.
-Secondly, we were very impressed with Irishtourism.com. Everything was arranged and there were no glitches or hidden costs on anything--in some cases, we didn't even have to present our vouchers, we simply had to give the inn-keepers our names and we were taken care of. Everything was very easy, from the very first e-mail I sent to you.
-Thirdly, the Irish people are FABULOUS! Everywhere we went, everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
-Fourthly, the food was terrific everywhere. We really enjoyed the pride exhibited in the Irish produced foodstuffs.

The only problem we had was with the rental car, and you jumped right on that as soon as we brought it to your attention and the situation was resolved. Great customer service.

The accomodations were wonderful. Our favorite was the Manor in Killarney.

We enjoyed the trip tremendously, we thank you for the great job you did, and we will heartily recommend Irishtourism.com to anyone going to Ireland for a visit.
