A walk from Kerry's county town Tralee, to the fishing port of Dingle and beyond, through one of the last strongholds of the Gaelic language and through spectacular scenery, rich in archaeological sites. Along the way we pass mountains, lakes and beaches - the setting of many films, including 'Ryan's Daughter'.

This walking tour is the ideal way to explore the Ring of Kerry. You start and end the tour in Killarney and on route you will enjoy a wonderful selection of woodland, valley and coastal walks. It will take 11 days to complete the entire Ring, but for those with limited time we offer an 8 day version. The average walking time ranges from 5 to 7 hours per day at a leisurely pace.

A wonderful walking tour in one of the most unspoilt areas of Ireland. The walks on the peninsula are very varied with magnificient views of the rugged Beara Peninsula and the Kenmare and Bantry Bays. Choice of 2 island walks and the others are along the Beara Way. You will have no packing and unpacking to do each day as you will be based in just one location, the picturesque fishing port of Castletownbere.
