For a relatively small island, Ireland has made a huge contribution to world literature. Many world famous writers, poets and playwrights were born and lived here and were inspired to write about the spectacular beauty, culture and history of their native isle. This tour will help you discover these significant people and the museums and locations associated with their work.
Your journey will start with a literary tour of Dublin where you will discover the written work that made the city UNESCO city of literature in 2010. Visit Sligo which is long renowned for being associated with the Irish playwright William Butler Yeats and Inis Meáin which was frequented by the distinguished playwright John Millington Synge and before you leave discover the literary gems of Limerick and Kerry.

Take a panoramic drive around Cardiff. Visit Bath, the city known for its natural, mineral-rich hot springs and tour the Roman Baths, popular 2,000 years ago. Tour London to see famous landmarks including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament.
